- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup onion (red; minced)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (toasted)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (minced (e.g. sage and rosemary))
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic (minced)
