The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 ounces snap peas (about 3 cups )
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon panko bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine olive oil & sriracha. Toss to coat snap peas.
- Add sesame seeds, bread crumbs, & garlic. Toss well to coat.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet and roast 7-10 minutes or until tender crisp.
