Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 ounces snap peas (about 3 cups )
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon panko bread crumbs
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine olive oil & sriracha. Toss to coat snap peas.
  • Add sesame seeds, bread crumbs, & garlic. Toss well to coat.
  • Place on a rimmed baking sheet and roast 7-10 minutes or until tender crisp.
