Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tsp sriracha chili sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter (salted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, chili sauce, lemon zest, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and sriracha chili sauce then refrigerate to cool
  • Preheat the oven to 450F
  • Place the butter, garlic, remaining ½ tbsp of lemon juice, and crushed red pepper in an 8x8 baking pan
  • Place the pan in the oven and let the butter melt, about 3-5 minutes
  • Add the shrimp to the pan, turning to coat in the butter mixture
  • Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, flipping the shrimp once halfway through
  • Sprinkle the shrimp with parsley, salt, and pepper
  • Serve warm with the chilled cocktail sauce
