Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ tsp sriracha chili sauce
- 4 tbsp butter (salted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instruction
- In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, chili sauce, lemon zest, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and sriracha chili sauce then refrigerate to cool
- Preheat the oven to 450F
- Place the butter, garlic, remaining ½ tbsp of lemon juice, and crushed red pepper in an 8x8 baking pan
- Place the pan in the oven and let the butter melt, about 3-5 minutes
- Add the shrimp to the pan, turning to coat in the butter mixture
- Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, flipping the shrimp once halfway through
- Sprinkle the shrimp with parsley, salt, and pepper
- Serve warm with the chilled cocktail sauce
