  • 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • A spoonful of dark molasses
  • sea salt/ ground pepper
  • 1 thinly sliced shallot

  • Juice from 1/2 large lemon
