Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 roasted red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 Roma tomato (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Transfer to a small pot and heat. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Cool and serve.
