Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 roasted red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Roma tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a small pot and heat. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Cool and serve.
