Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cucumbers sliced into 1-inch circles
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Instruction
- Slice each cucumber into 1-inch circles.
- Scoop out most of the seeds in each wedge and place about 1 tablespoon of hummus into each bite.
- Insert 3 shredded carrots pieces into each cucumber bite.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over top of each cucumber bite.
- Serve chilled.
