Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Large Red Onions
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • freshly milled black pepper

Instruction

  • Pre Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut Onions in quarters and leave the skin on. Sprinkle with olive oil, kosher salt , pepper and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Serve these onions with the skins on.
  • These roasted onions are so deliciously sweet.
