Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place onion on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Add 3 Tbsp of the onion to 1/2 cup of mayo. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
