  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika ((not smoked flavor))
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise (or regular mayo)
  • 2 tablespoon non-dairy milk (or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika ((not smoked))
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • pinch of sugar (monk fruit preferably )
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot starch (used for thickening)
