The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 6 large potatoes (scrubbed clean)
  • olive oil
  • salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425º F.
  • Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices and place onto rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with salt. Bake 20-25 minutes or until edges are crisp and the potatoes have turned brown from roasting.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm.
