  • <p>Heat the oven to 200°C (fan), 220°C, gas mark 7. Pop the halved peaches on a<br /> roasting tray. Sprinkle over the sugar and almonds. Heat through for 15 minutes.</p> <p>Serve hot, with a dollop of ice-cream on top.</p> <p>Babies: I like to roast a peach plain for the very small ones and mush into some Greek yogurt.</p>
