The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lbs. cauliflower florets
- 4 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the melted coconut oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the cauliflower and mix with your hands to coat the cauliflower.
- Spread the cauliflower on a flat baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes, until edges are browned and caramelized and cauliflower is tender when pierced by a fork.
