Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lbs. cauliflower florets
  • 4 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine the melted coconut oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add the cauliflower and mix with your hands to coat the cauliflower.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a flat baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes, until edges are browned and caramelized and cauliflower is tender when pierced by a fork.
