- 1-1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; shake to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
