Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 16 ounces fresh green beans, washed and trimmed (I used haricot vert)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons whole or jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup french fried onions

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place green beans on a baking sheet, and toss with olive oil to coat. Season with salt and pepper and arrange them in a single layer.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, or until tender.
  • Drizzle with cranberry balsamic and top with french fried onions. Serve immediately.
