Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 16 ounces fresh green beans, washed and trimmed (I used haricot vert)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons whole or jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup french fried onions
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place green beans on a baking sheet, and toss with olive oil to coat. Season with salt and pepper and arrange them in a single layer.
- Roast for 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Drizzle with cranberry balsamic and top with french fried onions. Serve immediately.
