Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans (ends trimmed)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons sliced raw almonds

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Trim the ends off of the green beans.
  • Place green beans in a large bowl and the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Toss to blend well.
  • Place on lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 12- 15 minutes, stirring once halfway.
  • Sprinkle with sliced almonds the last 5 minutes of baking.
