Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound fresh green beans (ends trimmed)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (freshly ground)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the beans with the rest of the ingredients right on the baking sheet and use your hands to make sure all the beans are properly seasoned with all the ingredients.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender and lightly browned. Check on the beans half way through and toss them around if needed.
