Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 sweet bell peppers red (orange)
- 2 medium yellow squash (diced)
- 3 medium zucchini (diced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Greek Seasoning
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
Instruction
- Preheat oven for 450 F.
- Chop vegetables
- Arrange vegetables on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, Greek Seasoning mixture, and minced garlic.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and browning on top.
