Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 sweet bell peppers red (orange)
  • 2 medium yellow squash (diced)
  • 3 medium zucchini (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Tbs Greek Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic

Instruction

  • Preheat oven for 450 F.
  • Chop vegetables
  • Arrange vegetables on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, Greek Seasoning mixture, and minced garlic.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and browning on top.
