  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • Olive oil and salt for the garlic

  • 1 chicken breast (about 2/3 lb)
  • Olive oil and salt for the chicken
  • 4 oz fresh baby spinach (roughly chopped)
  • Crushed red pepper (to taste)
