Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoons olive oil (just enough to coat the beans)
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place green beans and tomatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat beans.
- Spread out green beans on baking sheet and bake for 12-17 minutes or until cheese melts and green beans are slightly golden brown. Serves 4-6.
