Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil (just enough to coat the beans)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Place green beans and tomatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat beans.
  • Spread out green beans on baking sheet and bake for 12-17 minutes or until cheese melts and green beans are slightly golden brown. Serves 4-6.
