Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 15.oz can Garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 5 cloves roasted garlic
- 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1-2 tablepoons water, if necessary
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Mix until completely smooth and well blended. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
