Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 15.oz can Garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1-2 tablepoons water, if necessary

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. 
  • Mix until completely smooth and well blended. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
