Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces (225g) frozen brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, add the frozen Brussels sprouts over and scatter with a spatula. Roast for 15 minutes.
- Take the sheet pan out of the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. With a spatula, give everything a quick stir.
- Return to the oven and roast for 12-15 more minutes or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and crunchy from the outside.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired.
