The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2, 15- ounce cans chickpeas (drained, rinsed, and set aside)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Toss chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper, and dried Italian seasoning together in a medium bowl.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet
  • Roast in a preheated oven for 15-30 minutes until chickpeas are golden and desired crispiness is achieved.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
