- 2, 15- ounce cans chickpeas (drained, rinsed, and set aside)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper, and dried Italian seasoning together in a medium bowl.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Roast in a preheated oven for 15-30 minutes until chickpeas are golden and desired crispiness is achieved.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
