  • 8 ounces whole wheat penne pasta
  • 2 cups packed spinach leaves
  • 1 14 ounce can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

  • 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup minced flat-leaf parsley
