Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4-5 carrots (peeled and sliced)
- olive oil spray
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- salt and pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray or coat with olive oil.
- Add carrots in a single layer to the baking sheet. Spray carrots with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until crisp-tender, flipping half way through.
