Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 bunch carrots ((6-8 carrots), tops trimmed to 1 inch)
- 1 bunch radishes ((12-14 radishes) tops trimmed)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp summer savory seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- chopped parsley or chopped carrot top leaves for garnishing
- 1/2 lemon for serving
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
- Place carrots and radishes in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and summer savory. Bake for 30 minutes, until tender.
- Serve immediately, with some lemon juice and feta cheese.
