Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 15- ounce can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce (or any red pepper sauce)
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Drain the chickpeas in a colander, and rinse well. Then, pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix the Buffalo sauce with the chickpeas, and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Pat dry with paper towels.
- Arrange on a foil-lined tray, and sprinkle with paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crispy.
