Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts (Fresh)
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Speck Ham or Speck Alto Adige PGI
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Rinse off Brussels Sprouts.
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Slice Brussels Sprouts in half horizontally.
  • Add olive oil to Brussels Sprouts and mix well to ensure all Brussels Sprouts are covered in olive oil.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix Brussels Sprouts.
  • Dice speck ham or Speck Alto Adige PGI.
  • Add diced ham to Brussels Sprouts.
  • Roast Brussels Sprouts at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until they begin to lightly crisp.
  • Meanwhile, cook balsamic vinegar on medium heat in a pan for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens to create Balsamic Glaze.
  • Once Brussels Sprouts are cooked, drizzle balsamic glaze on Brussels Sprouts mixture and serve.
