Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts (Fresh)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3/4 cup Speck Ham or Speck Alto Adige PGI
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Rinse off Brussels Sprouts.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Slice Brussels Sprouts in half horizontally.
- Add olive oil to Brussels Sprouts and mix well to ensure all Brussels Sprouts are covered in olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper and mix Brussels Sprouts.
- Dice speck ham or Speck Alto Adige PGI.
- Add diced ham to Brussels Sprouts.
- Roast Brussels Sprouts at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until they begin to lightly crisp.
- Meanwhile, cook balsamic vinegar on medium heat in a pan for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens to create Balsamic Glaze.
- Once Brussels Sprouts are cooked, drizzle balsamic glaze on Brussels Sprouts mixture and serve.
