Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper ((optional))

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Trim the Brussels sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. I use 1 tbsp when I am trying to eat light, but I use up to 2 tbsp when I want them to be extra-yummy!
  • Add in the garlic, paprika, and salt. Include the pepper if you are using it.
  • Toss to coat, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, stir once after 15 minutes.
