Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ((optional))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil. I use 1 tbsp when I am trying to eat light, but I use up to 2 tbsp when I want them to be extra-yummy!
- Add in the garlic, paprika, and salt. Include the pepper if you are using it.
- Toss to coat, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, stir once after 15 minutes.
