Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts halved
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 tbs parmesan finely grated
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced.
- Place sprouts on a large roasting tray.
- Peel lemon with a vegetable peeler and add peel to sprouts.
- Season and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat. Roast for 10 minutes. Add garlic and roast for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Squeeze lemon (you need 1 tablespoon of juice). Drizzle sprouts with juice
- Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
