Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs parmesan finely grated

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced.
  • Place sprouts on a large roasting tray.
  • Peel lemon with a vegetable peeler and add peel to sprouts.
  • Season and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat. Roast for 10 minutes. Add garlic and roast for 15 minutes or until golden.
  • Squeeze lemon (you need 1 tablespoon of juice). Drizzle sprouts with juice
  • Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
