Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 4 pounds Brussels Sprouts washed (trimmed if needed and sliced into half)
  • 4 slices uncured Bacon (diced (I use scissors to cut into slices))
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or easy clean up
  • In a large bowl toss together Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, salt and pepper.
  • Juice lemon over Brussels and drizzle olive oil over top.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake on top rack of oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and serve.
