Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 4 pounds Brussels Sprouts washed (trimmed if needed and sliced into half)
- 4 slices uncured Bacon (diced (I use scissors to cut into slices))
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Line a baking sheet with foil or easy clean up
- In a large bowl toss together Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, salt and pepper.
- Juice lemon over Brussels and drizzle olive oil over top.
- Toss to combine.
- Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake on top rack of oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
