Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 ounce can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup

Instruction

  • Place broccoli onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, until tender and browned a bit. Remove from oven.
  • Place soup into a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes, until hot. Stir in roasted broccoli, pour into serving bowls and serve warm.
