Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 bunch broccoli about 1 1/2 pounds, cut into florets, stem peeled and sliced
- 1 large sweet onion peeled and cut into thick slices
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Meanwhile spread the broccoli florets in a single layer, on a baking sheet. Distribute the onion slices evenly over the broccoli. Drizzle the oil, add the salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat the vegetables. Roast for about 20 minutes. Toss the vegetables and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until tender. Serve hot or at room temperature.
