Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large head of broccoli (cut into florets)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Toss: Toss the broccoli in a large bowl with the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the broccoli.
- Roast: Spread the florets out on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until crisped.
