Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large head of broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Toss: Toss the broccoli in a large bowl with the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the broccoli.
  • Roast: Spread the florets out on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until crisped.
