Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 24 ounces baby potatoes (baby colorful potatoes, washed, cut in chunks with skins on)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (2 - 3)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- In a medium bowl, toss all the above ingredients and mix with with a rubber spatula
- Toss the potatoes in a medium baking dish and cover with foil
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes
- Uncover the potatoes, flip the potatoes and bake for another 30 minutes
- Plate potatoes with some meat and veggie
