Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 24 ounces baby potatoes (baby colorful potatoes, washed, cut in chunks with skins on)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (2 - 3)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • In a medium bowl, toss all the above ingredients and mix with with a rubber spatula
  • Toss the potatoes in a medium baking dish and cover with foil
  • Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes
  • Uncover the potatoes, flip the potatoes and bake for another 30 minutes
  • Plate potatoes with some meat and veggie
  • Taste
