  • 1 cup rough chopped peeled Shallots
  • 1 cup rough chopped peeled Fennel, center removed
  • 1 Red Bartlett Pear, halved, deseeded, skin on
  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple, halved, deseeded, skin on
  • 2 teaspoons ground Smoked Paprika
