Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 acorn squash (sliced about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- salt and black pepper to taste
- olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil.
- Place sliced acorn squash evenly on baking pan.
- Spray or drizzle squash with additional olive oil.
- Sprinkle seasonings over top of acorn squash.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
