  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on and pin bones removed
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 large leek, halved, rinsed, and sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instruction
