The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mild olive oil or melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds ((either raw or toasted))
- 4 firm but ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder ((this is potent stuff so start with the lesser amount and add more to taste))
- Seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste)
- Greek-style or regular plain yogurt, fresh ricotta, or vanilla ice cream
