Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 12 rolls
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 pound deli roast beef
  • 6 whole pineapple rings (cut in half)
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Instruction

  • Let rolls rise according to package directions.
  • Bake according to package directions.
  • Let cool just until you can handle the rolls.
  • Cut tops off of the rolls. Don’t worry about breaking the rolls apart. It’s easier to cut them in half if you leave them all stuck together in one piece.
  • Leave the bottoms of rolls on the baking sheet or in the baking pan.
  • Spread a prepared barbecue sauce over bottoms of rolls.
  • Add a thick layer of deli sliced roast beef to bottoms of rolls.
  • Layer a half slice of pineapple over roast beef. You could use pineapple tidbits if you wanted.
  • Set one slice of cheese over the toppings on each roll.
  • Flip the tops of the rolls over onto the sliders.
  • Mix butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame seeds together. Generously brush tops of rolls with butter mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until sliders are golden brown and cheese is melted.
