Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 12 rolls
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 6 whole pineapple rings (cut in half)
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Instruction
- Let rolls rise according to package directions.
- Bake according to package directions.
- Let cool just until you can handle the rolls.
- Cut tops off of the rolls. Don’t worry about breaking the rolls apart. It’s easier to cut them in half if you leave them all stuck together in one piece.
- Leave the bottoms of rolls on the baking sheet or in the baking pan.
- Spread a prepared barbecue sauce over bottoms of rolls.
- Add a thick layer of deli sliced roast beef to bottoms of rolls.
- Layer a half slice of pineapple over roast beef. You could use pineapple tidbits if you wanted.
- Set one slice of cheese over the toppings on each roll.
- Flip the tops of the rolls over onto the sliders.
- Mix butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame seeds together. Generously brush tops of rolls with butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until sliders are golden brown and cheese is melted.
