Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250g sirloin steak
  • 2 boiled potatoes, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbs whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 8 semi-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 6 black olives, pitted, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups rocket leaves or frisée lettuce

Instruction

  • Season the steak on both sides with freshly ground black pepper. Barbecue or grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice on the diagonal.
  • Divide the potato slices between two plates. Top with onion rings. Spoon half the mustard and mayonnaise over. Top with tomatoes, olives, rocket and beef slices.
  • Season to taste, then spoon the remaining mustard and mayonnaise over the top.
