Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup (240 mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup (120 mL) coconut water (I recommend Harmless Harvest brand)
  • 1 frozen banana (broken into pieces)
  • 2-3 small medjool dates (pits removed and broken into pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (plus more for garnishing)
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ice cubes (if needed)

Instruction

  • Place the almond milk, coconut water, frozen banana, dates, almond butter, hemp seeds, and a pinch of ground cinnamon in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is not thick enough to your liking, add an ice cube or two and blend again.
  • Pour into a large glass and garnish with hemp seeds. Best served immediately. Leftovers can be kept in a covered container in the fridge for up for 1 to 2 days. Shake or stir before drinking.
