Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 boxed Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cooking oil or coconut oil
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and oil and use electric mixer on medium speed until combined.
- Spread 1/2 of the brownie mixture evenly into baking pan.
- Pour and spread peanut butter mixture on top of brownie mixture in pan.
- Using a teaspoon or small scoop. drop remaining brownie mixture on top of the peanut butter layer. You can swirl it a little if you want to. Add peanut butter chips to the top.
- Bake for 39-43 minutes or until top is set and edges are lightly browned.
- Place brownies on baking rack.
- After brownies have cooled, cut into bars. Makes16 bars.
