Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 6 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
  • 6 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons brewed coffee (at room temperature)
  • 1 lb. confectioner’s sugar

Instruction

  • Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, cocoa, and coffee. Slowly add sugar until incorporated.
  • Increase speed of mixer until frosting becomes fluffy. If frosting seems too stiff, add additional coffee, as needed.
