  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste ((extract can be substituted))
  • 2 cups cooked rice ((or 3/4 cups uncooked rice, simmered with 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt))
  • 1 1/2 cups milk ((I used 1%))
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
