Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 c. white rice (cooked)
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 3 Tbsp salted butter
  • ½ c. lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (plus extra for sprinkling)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir together over medium-high heat.
  • Bring to a boil and turn down heat.
  • Cover pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until it has reached desired thickness. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
  • Take off heat and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
  • You can serve this hot or cold. Enjoy!
