Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 c. white rice (cooked)
- 2 c. half and half
- 3 Tbsp salted butter
- ½ c. lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon (plus extra for sprinkling)
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir together over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil and turn down heat.
- Cover pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until it has reached desired thickness. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Take off heat and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
- You can serve this hot or cold. Enjoy!
