Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Goya Recaito Culantro cooking base
  • 4 ½ cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instruction

  • Place oil, cilantro cooking base, broth, and brown rice in the bowl of a rice cooker. Following the manufacturer’s directions, turn the rice cooker onto cook, and cook rice until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked. Toss the cooked rice with the chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
