Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 apple (cored, diced)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of ground cardamon
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- almond milk (or another non-dairy milk)
- maple syrup
- dried cranberries or other dried or fresh fruit
- toasted pecans or other nuts or seeds
Instruction
- To make oatmeal, put all Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal ingredients in rice cooker and cook on "white rice" setting. Stir after 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with desired toppings.
