Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 apple (cored, diced)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground cardamon
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • almond milk (or another non-dairy milk)
  • maple syrup
  • dried cranberries or other dried or fresh fruit
  • toasted pecans or other nuts or seeds

Instruction

  • To make oatmeal, put all Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal ingredients in rice cooker and cook on "white rice" setting. Stir after 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve with desired toppings.
