The following ingredients have 10 Servings

  • 1 cup fat of choice (coconut oil, lard, unsalted butter or ghee)
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 cups rhubarb (chopped into 1" pieces)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey, coconut sugar, or stevia to taste)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter (or coconut oil)
  • 2 teaspoons sustainably-sourced gelatin (see source in Recipe Notes)
