Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 3 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 3/4 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (from concentrate)
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Combine rhubarb with all other ingredients in medium saucepan, except vanilla extract.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and cook until the rhubarb begins to break down, about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir.
  • Cool and serve.
