Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 3 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 3/4 cups white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice (from concentrate)
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Combine rhubarb with all other ingredients in medium saucepan, except vanilla extract.
- Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and cook until the rhubarb begins to break down, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir.
- Cool and serve.
