The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) margarine
- 1 cup(s) black coffee
- 3 to 4 cup(s) fine cut rhubarb (about size of little fingernail)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup(s) sugar
- 1 small pkg chopped nuts
Instruction
- Cream together sugar, margarine, black coffee and rhubarb. Add 2 large eggs.
- Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine with creamed ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
- Combine sugar and chopped nuts. Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.
- Bake 350 for 45- 55 mins.
