Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) margarine
  • 1 cup(s) black coffee
  • 3 to 4 cup(s) fine cut rhubarb (about size of little fingernail)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • TOPPING
  • 1/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 small pkg chopped nuts

Instruction

  • Cream together sugar, margarine, black coffee and rhubarb. Add 2 large eggs.
  • Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine with creamed ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
  • Combine sugar and chopped nuts. Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.
  • Bake 350 for 45- 55 mins.
